Fujimamas began in Japan in 1998 and recently migrated to Hawaii.
Our menu highlights the vibrant flavors of Asia using local Big Island farm produce and sustainable ingredients. With the abundance of daily caught fish, Fujimamas also offers daily fresh sashimi platters and exciting sushi rolls.
