Fujimamas was a dream born of Chef-Owner Mark Vann and Lisa Smith in 1998. Since then, Fujimamas has become a Tokyo tradition, operating in the trendy Omotesando District. Just over one year ago we opened our new spot in Kona, Hawaii. A pioneer of Global-Asian Cuisine, fun service and a passion for living, Fujimamas is something to everyone — welcome to our house!

We're open in Tokyo everyday, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. (last order 10 p.m.).And at our Kona restaurant we are Open 7 days a week. for Dinner from 5::00 pm to 10:00 pm
